It Started With a Prototype

Originally, The Backyard Forest was just a prototype I made to test a point & click movement system. After making it, I felt like I could make a cool project with it as the base.

Work in Progress

After writing a simple yet compelling story, I began designing a level where the player had to search the environment for hidden objects. Once the player found all the objects, they would discover a hidden revelation.

Finalized Game

After a month of work, I had created a simple, yet compelling game. Here is a video of the full game.
